Permissible Content: All content must comply with these Terms and must not contain or promote any illegal activity. The content must not be defamatory, libelous, hateful, violent, obscene, pornographic, unlawful, or otherwise offensive, as determined by MMV at its discretion.

User Disputes: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other MMV users. MMV reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
Enforcement: MMV reserves the right to enforce these guidelines and the Terms of Service through moderation, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, and banning of users who violate the terms.
Prohibited content and prohibited uses. Do not post or use content that’s offensive, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise objectionable. No uploading of NSFW or inappropriate content. Usernames shouldn’t impersonate or infringe on rights.
Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability. Use MMV at your own risk. We do not guarantee content permanence or the continuous availability of our service. MMV DISCLAIMS CERTAIN WARRANTIES, as detailed previously.
Indemnification. Indemnify MMV from loss, liability, claims, damages, as outlined in your original terms.
Refusal of Service. We can refuse service or ban users for non-discriminatory reasons, which means reasons that do not target race, gender, religion, or any protected category.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law. Any disputes arising from this website will be governed under the laws of the United States of America.
Entire agreement. These Terms form the full agreement for using MMV.
